Operations

When you partner with The Caring Group, your funeral home manager will have the resources of all our team and a "Go-To" person regarding operations to include staffing, ceremonies, pricing and marketing. A member of our team is available any time you need us. If you are serving a family with a special request and want to run that by a more experienced funeral director, just call our cell phone. We have over 80 years experience in serving families.

Resources

We let you do what you do best. And what you do best is serve families. Our job is to serve the funeral home staff in the following areas. When you partner with The Caring Group, our team provides resources in all major areas of management. We provide Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, Innovation, Accounting, and payroll, relieving the former owner of these financial burdens as well as the manager of the funeral home.

Training

Mentoring and training is constant and provided by our management team on an ongoing basis. Our goal is to train and mentor continually, a young professional to become a manager, with the idea to keep your local funeral home, “LOCAL.” We train our funeral professionals in areas such as personal service enhancements, how to become specialists in various capacities, how to guide and lead a family and provide useful information to the consumer family and how to become the
consultant throughout the funeral process.

Compliance

 We take Safety and Compliance seriously. Without our health and safety, we don’t have much. The government places regulations on our profession in which we comply. There are substantial fines attached to violations of OSHA, ADA and FTC. Our group will teach and maintain these requirements regularly to comply and beyond. We provide in-house training, as well as bring in external experts from whom we all can learn. Nobody wants to pay fines and more importantly, nobody wants to work in an unhealthy or unsafe environment. We promise to do our part to promote everyone's health and safety.
