WHO WE ARE... AND WHO WE ARE NOT
The bigger funeral home consolidators have a common theme and the “bottom line” has a lot to do with it. While profit is certainly important, we think the relationship built between the funeral professionals and a grieving family is of utmost importance. We teach young professionals how to build that relationship.
We hire from within, promote, train and mentor young professionals in all areas of of service, in order to achieve a funeral experience, one not necessarily expected by family and attendees.
In Napolean Hill's book, Think and Grow Rich, he makes a point that rings true with our management style. He wrote, “Observe the masses and do the opposite," which means don't always do things the same way as others. We do things differently because we are different. “We Observe the masses and do the opposite.”
We are not a publicly traded company, but a privately held company. We have no corporate governance and no annual report. Stock holders want one thing, the return on their investment, or the bottom line. We have no responsibility to any stock holders. Our bottom line is relationship building.
Our goal is to build on your legacy and your good name, the former owner, keep your funeral home local, train and mentor young funeral professionals to build relationships with families and your community.
